A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001)
Always a fan of really good Sci-Fi and BoyActors this film is one of my favorites. Always worth watching.

Ali Zaoua, prince de la rue (2000)
Must watch says everything.

All Dark Places (2012)
Dylan Mars Loff was acting like a seasoned pro in this movie. It was very creepy. I'll watch this again.

An Angel for May (2002)
This movie deserves a TEN. Not just for the acting which is superb throughout but the script as well. A must see.

Au revoir les enfants (1987)

The Cement Garden (1993)

Dear Frankie (2004)
A fantastic film that avoids pandering and emotional manipulation.

E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (1982)
One of my all time favorites. I only wish Steven had left it alone and not re-edited it after 9-11. The walkie-talkies he substituted for the guns look funny in the end scenes. And the removal of the terrorist word is stilted. Do yourself a favor and find an old edition.
My Movie Rating:

Fireflies in the Garden (2008)
The performances of young Michael and Christopher where top notch. They held their own against two powerhouse actors, Julia Roberts and Willem DaFoe. I thought the whole film rang true. Death tends to bring out the best and worst in us.

Hævnen (2010)
A disturbing movie showing the heartless brutality teens can engage in.
My Movie Rating:

I Declare War (2012)
What an original and good movie. I will watch this movie again.
My Movie Rating:

Kes (1969)
I was floored by this picture. I have nothing negative to say.

Living with the Dead (2002)
A movie worth the time to hunt down and watch. Ted Danson was at his best. I really felt for all the boys. Being a true story it kind of freaks you out. The ending brought tears to my eyes.
My Movie Rating:

Machuca (2004)
I rarely give a movie a ten. This movie deserves it.

My Side of the Mountain (1969)
One of my favorite movies. I watch it at least once a year.

Night of the Hunter (1955)
This is Charles Laughton's only directorial credit and did he hit a home run. The performances are top-notch. The story take place in West Virginia on the Ohio river after the depression. You can easily imagine the cast as real people. Their acting is so realistic. Many towns in that area haven't changed much in the last 80 years. They still mine coal, brew moonshine and praise Jesus.

Over the Edge (1979)
A realistic look at teens in the 70'S. I enjoyed this movie and the commentary of the director.
My Movie Rating:

Pelle erobreren (1987)
As a history buff I can assure all that the attention to detail was never compromised. The costumes, props, and chores where authentic. You could almost smell the whale oil in the lamps. The story was compelling. The acting top notch.

Sleepers (1996)
This is one of those rare movies that are way better than the book. Everyone in it gives a superior performance.

Sling Blade (1996)
