Big (1988)
Tom Hanks is spectacular in this movie, as is his friend; the movie is certainly among American classics.
My Movie Rating: 9 / 10Billy Elliot (2000)
Very powerful, classic movie.
My Movie Rating: 9 / 10Blöde Mütze! (2007)
Johann is a kid well-worth watching! Sweet, innocent... and just plain beautiful. It is a pretty wonderful story of friendship, trust and adolescence, too!
My Movie Rating: 9 / 10El Bola (2000)
This is a very powerful movie, with very believable characters... it doesn't show much of the brutality, but I suppose real life is like that too. The most graphic battering scene had me in tears, but I'm soft like that.
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas (2008)
This is a very powerful story which follows the book quite well. Asa does a beautiful, fantastic job! I sure hope we get to see him in some more films before long!
My Movie Rating: 9 / 10Bringing Up Bobby (2011)
Not great, but Spencer did a good job keeping my attention.
My Movie Rating: 5 / 10The Browning Version (1994)
I have to disagree with Nicolas... and agree with the others. This was a supurb movie. It'd have been nice had it centered even MORE on the anglic boys, but...
My Movie Rating: 9 / 10Buenos Aires 100 kilómetros (2004)
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10Camp Nowhere (1994)
I remember this being quite enjoyable, although it has been a while since I've seen it. I'm a camp fan, though... went to summer camp every year... and loved it :)
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10The Canterville Ghost (1996)
My Movie Rating: 6 / 10Canvas (2006)
Devon is beautiful in this very touching film. Marcus Johns is quite nice too, albeit for a much more limited time.
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10Captains Courageous (1937)
I haven't seen this in forever, but I remember loving it...
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10Careful, He Might Hear You (1983)
I love the Australian accent! Anyway, it was a well-done film and Nicholas did a great job.
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10Catch That Kid (2004)
Yeah, the movie was pretty mediocre, but Max was well worth watching.
My Movie Rating: 6 / 10The Cement Garden (1993)
Quite a strange tale... Nic was right: one of a kind.
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10Central do Brasil (1998)
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10The Champ (1979)
My Movie Rating: 9 / 10Les choristes (2004)
I *REALLY* liked the music and thought this movie was great. As mentioned by others, it could have been a little more emotionally involved, but it was touching nonetheless. If you like boy choirs, you'll not be disappointed by this.
My Movie Rating: 9 / 10The Cider House Rules (1999)
A pretty decent flick...
My Movie Rating: 7 / 10La clé des champs (2011)
Incredible cinematography and scenery ;)
