Sanitarium (2013)
My Movie Rating:

Smitty (2012)
So much formula I was starting to feel sick. I did skip thru many parts of the movie.
My Movie Rating:

Super 8 (2011)
Cluttered in every way, to say the least.
And a boy's mother killed in an accident while working a shift at a steel plant?? in 1979????
My Movie Rating:

Le Temps du loup (2003)
My Movie Rating:

Time Bandits (1981)
Even when I was a little kid, I think I would have found this movie boring.

The Tree (2010)
My Movie Rating:

Agnes Browne (1999)
I got so disgusted hearing this 'mother' say f**k every third sentence that the movie was ruined for me. And she scolded her son for using the same language! Is this motherhood in this brave new century?
My Movie Rating:

Cachorro (2004)
Cute boy.
My Movie Rating:

Cheaper by the Dozen (2003)
Poor enough but...Wayne Newton on the soundtrack?? Were they deliberately trying to kill this movie?
My Movie Rating:

Happiness (1998)
Another indie director who thinks its fun and cute to take a wry look at modern loneliness and angst. No solutions or resolution of problems offered, of course. That would spoil the dreary fun. Also, usually I am very tolerant of slow-paced movies but felt like taking a meat axe to this one.
Evan Silverberg is very appealing, touching, and sensationally attractive in his one film.
My Movie Rating:

Holubice (1960)
Very cute boy but.....what exactly was the point of the film?
My Movie Rating:

Hostage (2005)
The sight and sound of Jimmy Bennett gave my spirits a big lift. Otherwise, the movie is another motley junkyard of violent action and 'shut-the-f**k-up' type dialog. I Think hard-left Hollywood has a policy of forcing movie audiences to get intimate with loser psychotic types in hopes of arousing our compassion. I say, to hell with it.
My Movie Rating:

Mostly Ghostly (2008)
My Movie Rating:

Mystic River (2003)
If I watched movies to become depressed I would probably love it. Well-made and the acting is decent. Afraid I can't endorse that gal's speech toward the end - "You killed an innocent man but you did it for us!" or something like that. Ugh.
My Movie Rating:

Almost Famous (2000)
My Movie Rating:

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
I bit the bullet. Lame sci-fi. If you skip forward to the latter part of the movie you will be rewarded with scenes of Noah, one of the most enchanting little boys to appear on film.
My Movie Rating:

Cubbyhouse (2001)
This is a very poor example of a VERY tired genre. I ended up skipping through to the kids scenes. I would label it a 'Don't Bother' except that Joshua is worth watching.
My Movie Rating:

The Genesis Children (1972)
An Edward D. Wood-class masterpiece of a boy movie.
My Movie Rating:

The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things (2004)
Gee, lucky me! A valuable look at trailer-trash America. It's bad enough that real children are trapped with such parents, but why associate child actors with such sleaze?
Yes, 9/10 for the brave performances of the three boys.
My Movie Rating:

Kisses (2008)
Not my kind of movie. Depressing to me for private reasons.
