5 / 10 6 / 10 I liked the story, despite its unreal and sometimes peculiar events. The underlying idea is really smart and has some appeal, the actual transformation was improvable though. I liked the changing settings and the emphasis on imagination and fantasy. Sean Connery's appearance was an interesting feature that leveled the story up to a certain extent. The ending is good, the images are basically nice and apt. Not one of my favorites though.
My Movie Rating: 7 / 10 7 / 10 7 / 10 5 / 10 Not Terry Gilliam's best effort, but one or two amusing moments (John Cleese's Robin Hood for e.g.).
However, the end of the film, while being superbly unexpected, leaves you feeling rather empty...
