The Second Jungle Book: Mowgli & Baloo (1997)
Jamie has got to be the most adorable little guy ever to play Mowgli - or any other jungle boy!
My Movie Rating:Secondhand Lions (2003)
A bit predictable, a lot of cliches but I got a huge kick out of this movie. The acting contest between two old venerables Michael Caine and Robert Duvall, with the help of one of the best boy actors of the last 50 years, is a real treat.

At that age Imanol must have been one of the most adorable boys living. The interactions between the boy and the old woman are very movingly presented and superbly acted.
My Movie Rating:Secretos del corazón (1997)

My Movie Rating:Shadrach (1998)
Another beauty of a film.
Shane (1953)
Wonderful in every way. I only wish I could see it again for the first time (or the 10th).
Shiloh (1997)
A beautiful boy and a very cute little beagle. The movie covers familiar ground with some new twists and is well worth a look.
My Movie Rating:The Shining (1980)
My Movie Rating:Shipwrecked (1990)
My Movie Rating:Signs (2002)
Rory is very appealing. Movie's plot is rather disjointed and resolution of the story is not persuasive. Disappointing ONLY as a Shyamalan film - but he does give a lot of suspense and scary moments without big visual effects. I do hope that Shyamalan's career will start to build rather than fade to nothing. Somebody has got to persuade him to consider ideas and stories from writers other than himself.
My Movie Rating:Silver Bullet (1985)
My Movie Rating:Simon Birch (1998)
My Movie Rating:Sipur Hatzi-Russi (2006)
Very similar in subject and theme to 'Billy Elliot.' I found it just as charming except for several unpalatable adult characters.
Vladimir Volov is very charismatic and a beautiful boy. I suspect that he is a notable dancer in some arena or other but found no information to bear this out.
My Movie Rating:The Sixth Sense (1999)
Nicely crafted, ingenious movie, superb music score. Haley is just terrific.
Sleepers (1996)
I found it a gripping movie but, as often, the boys appear only in the first 1/3. My own ratings reflect my view of quality rather than quantity.
