Synopsis
During a summer holiday, two boys - Miro from Zagreb and Pepek from Prague - discover a strange cannon in a dusty attic. The cannon was made by Miro's great-grandfather, an absent-minded inventor, and it turns out to be an anti-gravity device that deprives objects of their weight and launches them into space. Naturally, the boys start pointing the cannon at things and sending them off into orbit. But things turn more serious when the boys are abducted by an international spy organization who wish to get hold of what they regard as a potentially powerful weapon.

- Based on the 1960 sci-fi novel "Zagonetni stroj profesora Kru?ica" ("Professor Kru?ic's mysterious machine") jointly written by the Croatian writers Zvonimir Furtinger (1912-1986) and Mladen Bja?ic (1924-2017)
