Synopsis
The Popes are a family who haven't been able to use their real identity for years. In the late sixties, the parents set a weapons lab afire in an effort to hinder the government's Vietnam war campaign. Ever since then, they have been on the run from the cops. Today, their eldest son wants a life of his own. He is aware it may mean his parents get caught or he will never see them again.

8 / 10 A super good movie, River was outstanding! I loved the scenes where the little brother was jumping around the motel room in his Tighty Whities :) a well acted movie in every respect!

My Movie Rating: 8 / 10 Thank you for put this movie in database. This movie is one of best I like and got dvd. I like story so much and I like film a lot. I give very high rate bcause I think River Phoenix very good in movie and so is family and make it feel so real.
