Blind Fury (1989)

One of my favorites, I watch it every chance I get! Brandon has been a favorite of mine since his Baywatch days, He was the only reason I watched the show, and when it was revived, I didn't continue watching because he was no longer on it. I like this movie also because Rutger Hauer is one of my fav. grown up actors.

The Blue Lagoon (1980)

I remember when this movie first hit theaters, A big contraversy over the nudity, in particular, the child nudity, it was almost band in American theaters by the board of standards and practices, which, of course, made audiences want to see it even more! because, Americans don't like to be told what they can't do!

The Director wanted a boy and a girl to play the preteen rolls who wouldn't have a problem with being completely naked for long periods of time around fully clothed people! so the Director found Glen and the Girl at a Nudist colony!according to the DVD extras. Brook Sheilds was only 15 when the movie was made, and Christopher Atkins was 18.

The Boy Who Caught a Crook (1961)

If you love the CLASSIC boymovie, then this one is for you!Roger was outstanding! And so CUTE! I love Black and White film, I like the way the film gives the person's skin a smooth and supple look that color film just can't accomplish!

BTW, ALL of the 9/10 goes to Roger Mobley! the other actors did well, but I watched this movie JUST for Roger, so he gets all of my rating for what I call Boyablity!

I thouroghly enjoyed this classic.

The Boys of St. Vincent (1992)

I thought Johnny was convincing as an abuse victim. the story is about a lot of the boys at the orphanage, but mostly the Kevin Reevey character, it's in more detail the physical and sexual abuse he suffered, and some scenes are quite convincing. There are some scenes of scripted nudity, and one scene of accidental nudity. of course all of the scenes of sexual abuse were dramatized, but some were quite shocking, I'm sure for the dramatic effect. I was in my early 40's when I saw this movie the 1st time, and when Kevin gets beaten by the head brother, I started weeping for him, it's that powerful of a movie! I'm sure, the only type of person that would not be shocked by this movie, would be someone who has absolutely no conscience!

The Brainiacs.com (2000)

I just watched this delightful comedy, Michael has a natural talent for comedy, I followed his career from the time he was on "Cover Me". Dom Delouse was a riot! Loved Rich Little, but was disappointed that he didn't do any voices, other than that he was a joy! this a great family movie!

Bump in the Night (1991)

When an actor plays the bad guy/villian in a movie, I grade their performance based on how much they make me hate them!

I thought Christopher Reeve did an excellent job because by the time he jumps out the window, I was cheering! Don't get me wrong, I always thought Reeve was a great actor, He went to the Juliard school for gifted students, his I.Q. was well into the Genious range, !! Hell, We're talkin Superman!! :)

And not to forget Corey, he was adorable!

Burning Secret (1988)

David is simply gorgeous! and did an excellent job! I truely hope this wasn't the only thing he ever did as an actor! Faye Dunaway is a legend, her pinicle roll was as Joan Crawford in "Mommy Dearest"! that roll almost ruined her career by type casting her, I thought she did great in this movie, I saw Faye in Bonney and Clyde for the 1st time when I was around 10 years old and was instantly charmed by her! I may be the "Boymoviebuff", but I'm also a moviebuff in general! I like ALL kinds of movies and all kinds of actors, young, old, male and female! I just have a special place and fasination in my heart for boy actors!

A Call to Remember (1997)

There's NOTHING more tragic than the loss of a child! except to lose the same child a 2nd time! My heart went out to the Mother in this film, because of that!

Careful, He Might Hear You (1983)

Over all, I loved the movie, the only scene I had a problem with was the one where the richer Aunt is terrified of the storm, and she gets PS, and on the staircase does what looks like sexual malestation to the boy, I hate it when a movie production company Glamourizes this otrocity! Other than that, I loved the movie.

Casper (1995)

A great story! Casper The Friendly Ghost was a cartoon, which I think was a "Looney Tunes" production, I watched it when I was very young. In the last 10 yrs. or so, Hollywood has had a rash of Remakes, some not so good, but this one was tasteful! Plus! there's a sequel to this movie, called Casper: A Spirited Beginning, which I think is even better because it has more boy interaction, It's definately worth a look!

Cheaper by the Dozen (2003)

Blake was my fav. in this, I thought Tom Welling did well, His "Smallville" series was one of my fav.s and they did occasionally have a boy actor in and episode, The boy who played the toddler Clark in the pilot, had to be bribed by the director to get him to do the scene at the truck, naked. He was bribed with a brand new PS2 game system!

I wished that blake had more dialogue, but, he was pretty to look at!

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968)

A beloved classic, I went to see this when it 1st hit the theaters back in the 70's, then it was just entertaining to a preteen boy, 10 or 20 yrs. later, I saw it again, and was mesmerized by the boys in the movie! especially the the beach scene!
