Synopsis
In this unique mobster movie, Scott Baio heads up a prepubescent cast as the title character, a child gangster determined to rule over New York City. Instead of throwing fists or bullets, the Prohibition-era kiddie mobsters sling confections at one another. When Bugsy learns that a rival gang has developed a secret weapon capable of firing sweets as quick as a machine gun shoots bullets, he sets out to heist the high-tech tart-launcher.

8 / 10 Kind of like "The Godfather", but with cream pies instead of bullets. What is there not to like? Scott Baio is terrific as Bugsy. The musical numbers are absolutely superb.

8 / 10 I normally don't care for kids-playing-adults movies but this is surprisingly well done and a fun watch. Sweet Love is better, though.
My Movie Rating: 7 / 10 I enjoyed this one a lot, I loved the "cars" they drove, you could tell they were pedaling them, lots of boys, and lots of boy interaction, a great kids/family movie!
I just watched this delightful romp again! what a joy!
