9 / 10 Christian Bale forever. What he did in this movie is beyond any criticism. The scene on the roof of the building during the air raid is maybe the finest and most fabulous scene ever in movie history. A masterpiece, get it, see it, enjoy it. Wonderful acting and setting. One of the finest coming of age stories ever.

10 / 10 Stephen Speilberg has a nack for finding the perfect boy actors for his films. Christian Bale did an amazingly believable job. He shows a huge range of non-verbal acting that most adult actors could never reach. This is a must-see-movie
