Bill Milner's best performance, I believe, is in this film. He was awesome from beginning to end. I also love the ending on how they (Bill Milner and Will Poulter) was able to finalize their project, although it was more of a surprise to Will Poulter. Truly a great film!

10 / 10 1st movie for both Bill and Will! and they did very well (imo)! The Producer indicated that the success of the movie hinged on Bill Milner and Will Poulter becoming good friends, and they did! I'd bet to this day! I was diappointed that Asa Butterfield only had a bit part that lasted about 30 seconds. I love movies that depict the imagination of boys, and this one doesn't fall short!
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10 6 / 10 This film is rather over-rated, I think. While the two boys are splendid even if Will Poulter's, Lee, doesn't always come over as a bad enough bully, some of the scenes are stilted. In fact, some short scenes are inserted for no apparent reason.
A typical boyish romp with Bill Milner playing the shy, Brethren boy very believably.

I really like the alpha male style of Lee(Will). A must watch in my opinion.
