This is a masterpiece!! I've never seen anything like that..

9 / 10 10 / 10 An excellent film as well as Didier (he can be my friend any day). What is sad about this movie is how the church government interfered into something that was perfectly OK and you saw what happened at the end of the film. And like most governments (church and political) they will deny of having any part in these events that they created.

10 / 10 Do not watch if you're in the mood for something light and fluffy. This is an intense movie. That being said, when you're emotionally ready, you must watch it! It made me laugh and cry...to me, this movie is like a modern Romeo & Juliet. Their love is forbidden for multiple reasons. Not only are the two protagonists gay, but there is a bit of an age difference between them. Without giving too much away, I will just say that I think this movie is quiet underrated and it deserves to be much more popular.

10 / 10 Didier's natural and youthful charm made this masterpiece a delight to watch! The budding romance between Georges and Alexandre was stunning! I wonder why it took SO long for me to see this gem of a movie, I'm a sucker for boy movies, and especially TearJerker boy movies! The sadness in Didier's eyes brought me to tears! I'm sure Cinefan will be happy to know that Didier now has a new fan for life! I want to see ALL of his movies, eventually!

10 / 10 The tension in this film puts to shame most of today's Romantic dramas, without relying on gimmicks or crudeness of any kind. Didier Haudepin remains one of the most seductive child actors in film history.
