My Movie Rating: 6 / 10Down and Derby (2004)
Watchable but rather forgetable flick. Most of the movie centres around the childish antics of the male adults - three childhood friends, now with families of their own, who become obsessed in winning a model racing car event.

Janus Dissing Rathke is excellent as Frits in this inspiring film about a boy who dares to be different and has the courage to stand up against authoritarian abuse.
My Movie Rating: 10 / 10A Dry White Season (1989)
There have been a number of movies about apartheid in South Africa and the horrific events that occurred. This movie doesn't present anything not covered in other films but is still strong enough to recommend. Rowen Elmes is effective enough without being standout, as the empathatic son of history teacher, Ben du Toit (Donald Sutherland). He supports his father's stand against the injustice and brutality of the Police, after the brutal death of his black South African friend Jonathan, portrayed briefly by Bekhithemba Mpofu.

This comedy drama is perhaps not really worth a 7/10 but I found the movie to be quite a visual treat and the energetic and mischievous twins were captivating to say the least.
