Other Voices, Other Rooms (1997)
David Speck is wonderful to watch but this struck me as a really half-hearted and confused attempt at Southern Gothic ala Tennesee Williams.

Over the Edge (1979)
Powerful film!

Over the Top (1987)
David Mendenhall was 16 here but looks about 12. Sylvester Stallone does a very good Sylvester Stallone.
My Movie Rating:

Ang pagdadalaga ni Maximo Oliveros (2005)
I was intrigued to see the end scene copied from Carol Reed's The Third Man.

Paperhouse (1988)
This is a real treat for those who enjoy films with a psychological/gothic edge. Strikingly original.

Pather Panchali (1955)
What so many movies try to do but fall short. A simple and near-perfect summary of human family life.
My Movie Rating:

Pay It Forward (2000)
Might have had more impact for me if I didn't know that the notion of 'pay it forward' did not originate with this movie. The science fiction author Robert Heinlein used the phrase years ago and reportedly lived it in his dealings with others.
My Movie Rating:

Pelle erobreren (1987)

The Perfect Game (2007)

A Perfect World (1993)

Pete's Dragon (1977)

Peter Pan (2003)
I just loved it. Jeremy Sumpter is perfect in looks and also in conveying that peculiar spirit of Peter Pan as was intended: loveable, energetic, misanthropic, cruel and quick to have deadly thoughts even about friends.
I fell in love with just about all the other boys. A perfect mix and perfect interplay between them. Why couldn't Spielberg have found a bunch like these for his 'Hook'? Rachel Hurd-Wood is radiant and I can't imagine a more perfect Wendy.
And why the heck were my eyes wet even at the scenes that were supposed to be funny?

Peter Pan (1924)
Wonderful storytelling with 1924 state of the art.
My Movie Rating:

The Phantom Tollbooth (1969)
Tedious
