Synopsis
On his ninth birthday a boy receives many presents. Two of them first seem to be less important: an old cupboard from his brother and a little indian figure made of plastic from his best friend. But these two presents turn out to be much more magic than the rest. He puts the toy indian into a cupboard overnight and it magically comes to life...

8 / 10 An interesting film with a fine performance from Albert Henry Hugh Scardino as the boy with the magic cupboard. A real laugh when things start to get out of control. One film critic said that there were too many close-ups of Hal's face!
