Synopsis

Alek lives in an orphanage. He does not remember his mother, but believes that she is alive and he will meet her one day. He secretly writes touching letters to her. When Adas appears in the orphanage, Alek helps him find his way, however, he masks his care with rough behavior. The same applies to Anna, the young educator who inspires him to trust. To protect Alek from disappointment, she tells him that he has no mother. The hurt boy becomes aggressive and withdrawn. After the departure of Adas and Anna, his loneliness builds. One day, in a beautiful dream, Alek sees his mother. He runs away from the orphanage at night.
