Synopsis
A group of English kids skin diving in Malta discover a fantastic undersea kingdom beneath the waves populated by a race of ancient but wrinkle-free children clad in neo-Aztec attire, who speak English at ultra-high speed. However, they also find that the civilisation of these sea children is threatened by human activities on land.
