A very odd film. I wonder how it came to existence and why is Christian Bale in it? The film is very Soviet as in the dialogue is quite awful, the acting is in parts very basic and the visual effects are really simple. The cinematography and filming locations are nice though and the two boy leads are very good as well. Overall the film is watchable despite it's flaws.
