Synopsis
In 1935, widowed Englishwoman Louisa Durrell decides to move her family to Corfu. Each member of the family has some adjusting to do, but young Gerry finds the Greek island to be a naturalist's paradise...

PBS has put out a good many masterpieces and this one is the jewel. I can watch this until my friend, Milo Parker, reaches manhood (although I doubt this series will go that far). Just a typical day-by-day life on the island of Corfu and i am so glad I am a part of it.
