Synopsis
Based on the true story of the ill-fated 13th Apollo mission bound for the moon. Astronauts Lovell, Haise and Swigert were scheduled to fly Apollo 14, but are moved up to 13. It's 1970, and America have already achieved their lunar landing goal, so there's little interest in this "routine" flight.. until that is, things go very wrong, and prospects of a safe return fade. The boy actors only appear in minor secondary roles.

7 / 10 8 / 10 I'm 50 yrs. old, And very much remember sitting in my Elemetary classroom watching the events of this movie unfold in real life! I can remember watching the news reports at home on tv, and Dad saying that it was history in the making, and thankfully, my Dad was still alive when this movie hit theaters, it was like Deja vu for both of us! It's a great movie for the whole family, also, there's a few very cute boys in it too, but their mainly just scenery.
