Synopsis
Carlos is at the funeral of his father, where he meets Rosales, a former classmate, and recalls his childhood, when he fell in love with Mariana, the mother of a friend, and ran away from school to declare his love, resulting in his parents sending him to study elsewhere. Carlos is shocked when Rosales tells him that Mariana committed suicide after being dumped by a leading politician who was her lover.
