Synopsis
When he runs away from an Indian reformatory, 12-year-old Municipality stumbles upon an abandoned baby and saves him from a vicious dog. Municipality, whose mother also abandoned him, becomes determined to find the baby's mother in this Indian drama. With the help of his friends, Soda, Sursuri, Cutting and Dhed-Shaana, he goes on a quest to reunite mother and child. But the journey may mean the end of his hopes to see his own mother again.
