Synopsis
Max and his friends Jessica and Scott get their thrills by spying on their families, sneaking into each other's houses and organizing elaborate pranks. Thanks to Max's uncle, a government scientist, they have access to some of the most modern and high tech equipment in the world. Always at the ready for new adventures, they make a cool, sophisticated well-oiled team of junior operatives. When they discover the whereabouts of a stolen FBI microchip, Max and his friends must use their skills and cutting edge technology to embark on what could prove to be the most risky and exciting mission of their lives.

7 / 10 I was pleasantly surprised at the acting, writing, and production values of this film. At the end of the film where they the same actors only 2-3 years older?
My Movie Rating: 8 / 10 Pretty good film. Andrew C. Maier is great! Also stars William B. Davis (the smoking man).
