Synopsis
Denias, a poor boy in Aroanap, Indonesia, has a dream: to get an education at proper schools. Turned away by a local school because he is too poor, Denias finds inspiration in his mother's dying words about an education: "It will make you so strong that even mountains will be afraid of you." Maleo, Denias' best friend, leaves for military duty, but not before urging him to pursue his dream in the city. Denias embarks on a trek over the snow-covered mountains...
