Synopsis
9 yo Rupert is the most imaginative kid in town. But with all his imaginary villains, alien landings and Elvis sightings, he's considered something of a boy who cries wolf. Dressed in his black crime-fighting costume and his bright red cape, he dashes about assisting people in need despite the fact they usually don't want his help. One day he recognizes a bank robber who has taken refuge in the town. When no one believes him, Rupert takes matters into his own hands.
