Synopsis
A Latvian widower snatches his mute son, roughly nine years of age, from the psychiatric institution he is residing in when the doctors refuse to let him go home. The two then make a long journey to the Netherlands in search of the man's old pen-pal. When they finally meet, the woman shuns her old friend, but her fifteen year old daughter develops a seductive plan to bring them together again. (CVMC)
