Race to Space (2001)

Alex was excellent as Billy, During the production, Alex was injured by one of the Chimps, He was bitten by the one that played the 2nd runner up, that was disqualified due to being over weight, Production stopped til Alex was able to continue with his roll.

The Rainbow Tribe (2008)

A solid 9! for how simply adorable the boys were, especially Max and Dennis! I actually thought they both girls at first, but to my pleasant surprise, they were 100% boys! (Mega-Cute in my book) For me, this movie was a laugh a minute! I did have some trouble keeping my attention on the storyline, because the boys almost had me hypnotised with their beauty! Max had almost no dialog, but he didn't need any as far as I was concerned! Dennis looked SO hot in the bandana and open shirt! this is my kind of boy movie!!

The Ransom of Red Chief (1998)

Remember, most actors are usually at their best when their portraying their stark opposite! And Haley is no exception! I've seen lots of behind the scenes footage of Haley's movies, he is very professional on set! To the point that Speilberg had to give him "Play Breaks" on the set of A.I.! Haley's Dad Eugene is an actor, so I'm sure that's where he got his professionalism from, to the point that Directors vied to work with him.

I laugh when I read Ben's review! A.D.H.D.? Trust me Ben, It's in the script! :)

Haley was a joy to watch! he obviously loved acting!

The River (1984)

A portrait of the American farmer, at a time when America's Grain Belt was in danger of going belly up! This IS a fictional story, but it was made the same time the farmers of America were losing everything to the point that the food industry was in real danger of collasping! mel gibson and Sissy Spacek was great! The boy was superb, but as far as I know, this the only thing he ever did as an actor!

Rocket Gibraltar (1988)

This was mac's 1st movie with dialogue, and it was Burt Lancaster's final movie, he died not too long after the completion, (in fact, he died the same day as Kurt Cobain of the music group Nirvana) I think it was also Danny Corkill's last movie, I haven't seen him in anything else where he looked older than he does here! This movie has always been special to me, because it was Mac's 1st and Burt's last!

Russkies (1987)

This movie and Space Camp were my 2 favorite Leaf Pheonix movies! today Leaf goes by his true Given name, Joaquin!

This movie was similar to a movie about a Japanese Sailor that washed ashore after his ship or submarine sank, but I don't remember the name, and it too had boys in it who try to help the Sailor!

The Ryan White Story (1989)

Ryan White and Michael Jackson became good friends, and he wrote a song in Ryan's memory called "Gone Too Soon". For me, this was a sad story, it had me in tears by the end, 3 things in a movie will do that, if a Child, Mom or Dad, or a beloved pet dies, especially if it's a true story!

The Shaggy D.A. (1976)

I thought Shane was SO cute in this delightful comedy! All the time Wilby is trying to find the ring so he can reverse the curse, and his Son wants him to stay a dog! The vendor (Tim Conway) was hilarious! this was the first movie I ever saw Shane Sinutko in, and fell in love with him immediately!

A great Disney family movie, made back when you didn't have to worry about what your kids saw on tv!

A Shine of Rainbows (2008)

An unexpectedly great film! I started watching this movie not expecting much, my mean reason for watching it was because of Aidan Quinn, one of my fav adult actors! Also I thought John Bell was cute in his roll, and I was moved when it looked like he was going back to the orphanage!

A great movie for the whole family, to watch together as a family!
