Synopsis
Beshkempir is just like any other boy in his Kyrgyz village - playing in mud, getting into trouble, experiencing the pangs of developing sexuality - until a fight with his best friend leads to the revelation that he was adopted.

9 / 10 A very nice movie from a remote country. It was a pleasant experience getting to know Kyrgyzstan and its friendly people. This film proves once more that a work of art can be made with the simplest means.
