Synopsis
Moving back and forth between three periods in Robert Tucker's life, we see him as an old man nearing death in a nursing home, as a middle-aged man caring for his cheerful but dying mother, and as a young lad at Catholic school, practicing his catechism, going to confession for the first time, receiving the Eucharist, and participating in a school play as an angel.
